Bali province which was previously recorded as very dominant in indonesia's tourism sector to contribute the largest foreign exchange to the country, but is now the province most affected by the Covid-19 pandemic is very concerning.

"For this reason, BPR Kanti has prepared reliable human resources by cooperating with financial institutions and certification bodies to certify their employees," said Amitaba. The implementation of the certification has been carried out in synergy with BRI Research Institute and LSP Microfinance Indonesia. The signing was carried out on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 along with a series of International Seminars "Strengthening Financial Institutions Towards Bali Rise in the Era of Digitalization of the Financial Sector" in Sanur, Denpasar Bali.

In the bri researh insitute and LSP Microfinance Indonesia (LSP MFI) report, PT BPR Pancakanti Sukawati (BPR Kanti) was recorded to have certified 37 employees for the type of Certification of Competence of Loan Process Implementation and Loan Risk Management Competence.
